Early-access privacy notice

Humetriq is an early-stage product. The public website is intended for introductory conversations, product feedback, pilot interest and stakeholder participation.

Website analytics

Humetriq uses simple first-party analytics to understand site usage. The site creates a random browser visitor ID and session ID and records events such as page views, video opens, Resource Center visits, downloads and early-access registration. Humetriq does not use this feature to fingerprint visitors and does not intentionally store IP addresses in the Humetriq analytics tables.

Early-access registration

If you join early access, Humetriq stores the contact information and interests you provide in a Postgres database so we can manage beta invitations, relevant product or infrastructure updates and launch benefits. Beta participants may be marked as eligible for the advertised 10% first-year launch benefit. Early-access registration is voluntary and may be withdrawn from future communications.

Public forms

The forms ask for basic contact and organizational information plus a short message. Do not submit confidential business information, regulated data, resident names, home addresses, personal ballot records, health information or other sensitive datasets through these forms.

Referral contacts

Contacts imported or entered in the referral tool are processed in the user's browser for the purpose of composing an email draft. Humetriq does not save those contacts through the public referral tool. If account registration and saved contact lists are offered later, users will be asked before any contact information is saved.

Form delivery

The new early-access registration form is stored directly in Humetriq's Postgres database. Other introductory contact forms may continue to use FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, to route messages to Humetriq. If a conversation requires substantive files or sensitive material, Humetriq will arrange a more appropriate exchange method.

Community Pulse and contributed data

Humetriq may invite communities, developers, utilities, workers, planners and other stakeholders to contribute structured information through the Community Pulse and related research. Community Pulse responses may include geography, stakeholder type, project context, factor ratings, open-text comments and optional contact information. Humetriq stores the original submission, its submission time and campaign/source context so changes in community evidence can be analyzed over time rather than silently replacing earlier responses.

Humetriq may use consented responses in aggregated or de-identified research and decision analysis. A Community Pulse response is evidence, not a vote, petition, public endorsement or testimonial. Humetriq will not publish an identifiable response as a testimonial without separate permission. Optional contact information is used only for follow-up or requested findings when the respondent permits it.

Outreach contact lists

Humetriq may maintain contact lists for legitimate community and stakeholder outreach, including manually imported lists from public directories, partners or commercial data providers. Source and campaign provenance may be retained so Humetriq can manage suppression, opt-out and data quality. Recipients may opt out of future outreach.
